In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of top tools apps on Android in Russia revealed interesting trends, as analyzed from Sensor Tower data.

WiFi Analyzer showed a consistent pattern in weekly downloads, starting at around 3.2K and experiencing minor fluctuations to end the quarter at approximately 2.8K. The app maintained a steady number of weekly active users, beginning at 24.1K and closing the quarter with a peak of 36.4K.

The app control screen rotation saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, particularly in December, where downloads surged to over 5K. Active users also grew, from 3.8K at the start of the quarter to 6.5K by the end.

Bebra VPN experienced a significant rise in weekly downloads, particularly in mid-December, reaching a peak of 10.7K. Active users followed a similar upward trend, starting at 14K and ending at nearly 39.1K.

MyVPN had a gradual increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter, moving from 211 to over 3K in the final week of December.

Finally, Photo Recovery - File Recovery reported a steady number of weekly active users, stabilizing around 310 by the end of the quarter, despite a decrease in downloads.
